Hallelujah Jesus Christ Is King Of Kings & Lord of Lords

Hallelujah, my God and Saviour Jesus Christ is indeed King of kings and Lord of lords! Isn't it something how the Lord operate? I was listening to one of my favorite Pastors yesterday on his weekly radio/ Internet Bible program. His topic this Saturday was about Jesus being King of kings and Lord of lords as it is told in 1 Timothy 6:15, Revelation 17:14, and Revelation 19:16.

So, today, I was listening to the Handel's Messiah music CD. I have been listening to it while I read the Bible. I wasn't even thinking about the fact that one of the songs titled Hallelujah has lyrics that are, "King of kings and Lord of lords!"

I was so amazed at that since the Pastor had talked about Jesus being King and Lord yesterday. I was so excited I started singing that song so loud. It's a wonder if the neighbors in the house next door didn't hear me. God is SO awesome! It's truly amazing to think about the Lord's soon return! He WILL rule and reign as King of kings and Lord of lords! Soon!

We, his bride will rule with him, but the exciting part is actually seeing him with our naked eyes and physically being with him. What true born-again Christian is there who isn't longing for an end of evil and corruption, and yearning for his glorious return?

When I  searched online for a video of the song Hallelujah to post on this blog I saw some that were "flash" singing. Those were awesome. They prove a point I made in my post about celebrating Christmas. It's a time to sing about Jesus and even unbelievers join in . I think it's a neat idea for a group of people to go to a crowded, shopping mall and then just start singing songs about Jesus.

Christmas is the ideal time to do it. It's singing and witnessing about Jesus at the same time. Anyway, thank you for reading my blog. Hallelujah! Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords and he shall reign forever!

A New Year's Challenge For 2016

I hope everyone reading this had great Christmas. I'm so thankful for the Lord Jesus Christ for all he's done in my life and in my family's. God is such a good God.

We live in difficult times and people need wisdom. The Bible says that if we want wisdom then we should ask God and he will give it to us. One day recently I was praying and asking God for wisdom. Then it dawned on me that the Bible, the word of God IS wisdom. If we ask him for wisdom, it will not be something that he has not already referred to in his word.

I'm not saying that we should bypass asking God for wisdom. The Bible informs us that we should ask. It's kind of like what Jesus said regarding praying to the Father. He said God knows what we have need of before we even ask him, but God still wants us to come to him and ask. He wants to be involved in our lives.

The Lord will help us to apply his wisdom to our lives and to put it into action. I believe we should read the Bible and in reading it, we will get wisdom. The Holy Spirit will help us to understand it. So, my new year's challenge for 2016 is for Christians to read all of God's word from Genesis 1:1 through Revelation 22:21.

I've read the entire Bible in one year in chronological order a couple of times before. Now I'm looking to do it in 2016. I encourage all Christians to do it. It's not really as difficult as it seems. There are a total of 1,189 chapters in the Bible. If you read as few as three or four chapters per day, everyday then by the end of the year you will succeed. You will be able to say that you've read the whole Bible. It's quite an accomplishment.

If you're a long time believer in Christ, don't you think it's good to have read through the entire word of God at least one time. The Bible says that the word of God will never pass away. We are going to reign with the Lord Jesus. Surely the system of governing with him will be the Bible. Why not get a head start by reading and learning God's word now?! From all I see in these evil days, we don't have much time left. Jesus is coming back soon. We will rule and reign with our Lord. Let's get into the his word.

What Christmas Is All About - Share The Good News

Christmas 2015 is just a few days away. It's one of the few days of the year that's a more opportune time to witness to the unsaved world. It should be a time that is easier to bring up the subject of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He is the true reason for Christmas.

In recent times, Christians have had to deal with the commercialization of Christmas and atheists' legal threats against Nativity displays, Christmas Trees, and even complaints of hearing sales clerks say the two so-called offensive words, "Merry Christmas".

Now, add to this people who say they are Christians who attack Christmas as being pagan. Also, Holiday specials are starting to include Muslim songs and traditions. It should be obvious that when you see so many different people and organizations attacking Christmas, that it has to be something special to God. It's a time when Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God is honored all over the earth. The devil and his minions do not like it. All kinds of people, even those who are not Christians worship Jesus in songs. Movies and television shows give reverence to the Lord. The devil is reminded of his devastating defeat and coming judgement. That is reason alone for me to celebrate Christmas.  

The other day, I heard about a new attack on Christmas. A school or group was doing a play of "It's A Charlie Brown Christmas", but it was decided to remove the part where Linus quotes the Bible, telling the true meaning of Christmas. How ridiculous is that?

It's passed time for Christians to use our freedom of speech and not let political correctness, atheists, and ungodly people silence the proclamation that the Saviour, Jesus Christ was born. He lived a sinless life. He gave his life to die on a cross for our sins. He rose from the dead and now sits at the right hand of God the Father in heaven. We can have eternal life in him if we repent believing in him as being sacrifice for our sins and confess him as Lord and Saviour. (Romans 10:9,10) That's the good news.

I don't care who it offends Jesus Christ is the reason for Christmas. I celebrate it in honor of my king, my God, my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  What about you?

Merry Christmas! Jesus IS the reason for the season!

I know. I know. I know. I have pretty much abandoned this blog. I've have not made any new post in about a year. That's bad. Again, I know.

I just wanted to say to anyone who, happens to read my blog or watch my YouTube videos, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!

Jesus Christ is the reason for the season. For those who do not observe Christmas for whatever reason, that's fine and wonderful just as long as you "don't observe it" as unto the Lord. Those who do observe it should observe it as unto the Lord. As the apostle Paul says, let everyone be persuaded in his own mind. Who are you to judge another man's servant?

One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. Romans 14:5 

 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it... Romans 14:6

Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. Romans 14:4

I acknowledge and give thanks for Christmas, the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, no matter what day he was born. It is a holy day or holiday. According to the bible, no one can judge me according to the observance of Christ birth on a particular day.

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moor, or of the sabbath days: - Colossians 2:16

There's no need to debate or argue. In my experience, most Christian "Christmas haters" are hypocrites. However, there are some Christians who are genuine in their choice of not to observe Christmas. Those who try to condemn Christians who do celebrate the birth of Christ on December 25th are going against clear scripture.

I have done a little bit of research on this and believe the Lord was born around the time it's celebrated. We know that the Lord Jesus was born 6 months after John the baptist. I believe John the baptist's father Zacharias was performing his duties as priest during the burning of incense during Yom Kippur and shortly after his days of ministering he went home and his wife conceived John the Baptist, just as the angel Gabriel told him. Yom Kippur falls on either the month of September or October of each year. These are my thoughts. Every Christian ought to study for themselves.

Now, on to another subject. Last year, I made a New Year's resolution to read the entire King James bible, from Genesis to Revelation, by the end of the year (2013). I was successful and kept my resolution. In fact, I think that might be the ONLY New Year's resolution I've ever kept and completed. Praise God. I've decided to do it again this year. I am going to read through the entire bible by the end of 2014. I love God's word and reading through it from cover to cover gives great satisfaction.

In 2014 I'm reading thru the Bible from Genesis to Revelation again. 

This time around, I'm thinking about making a daily video or audio recording and making a short blog post to keep track of my progress. I'd like to do this, but I don't know. I've been pretty pathetic in posting to this blog on a regular basis, so I won't make any promises on that. LOL. If I do decide to do this I will be posting on another blog of mine, Holy King James Bible.

O.K. For Christians To Celebrate Christmas

Many people have stated that Christmas i.e. December 25th is from pagan roots and that Christians should not have anything to do with celebrating it. They also make mention of the scripture found in Jeremiah 10 that admonish Israel not to learn the ways of the heathen.

It's o.k. for Christians to celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ. It's o.k. to give gifts, but I'm against the Santa Clause lie. There is no Santa Clause who deliver toys to every child on Christmas Eve.

First of all, many things in our culture are from pagan roots. For example the days of the week; the months of the year, etc. Even things like baptism supposedly comes from pagan roots. However, Every Christian knows that Jesus was baptized and wants us to be also.

Now regarding Christmas; the birth of the Lord Jesus DID happen. No one knows the exact date, but he was born. He is the promised Saviour. He is God in flesh who was born to die for our sins, and to rise again. In doing so, he made it possible for us to be reconciled to God the Father. We can observe that fact or celebrate that fact on any day we want to. The Bible does not condemn nor does it condone the commemoration of Christ's birth.

Let me ask a question? If you observe birthdays, anniversaries or celebrate weddings or the birth of a baby, etc, then why is it wrong to acknowledge and celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ? Births, weddings, and anniversaries are blessings from God, but Jesus is the greatest blessing ever.

As for Jeremiah 10 that some people claim is speaking about Christmas trees. I submit it is not.

"For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not." Jeremiah 10:4,5

This scripture has nothing to do with Christmas nor with Christmas trees. It's talking about idols gods. The heathens made wooden idols with wood from the tree and decked them with silver and gold. They nailed them down so that they would stay up. The next verse talks about the fact that they have to be carried around because they could not walk; also that they could not speak.

By the way, I don't know of anyone who deck Christmas trees with actual gold or silver. No wonder the heathens had to nail their idol gods down with all that weight on them.

Now, I have some questions if this is referring to Christmas trees. Why would people need to carry around a Christmas tree? The heathens probably carried their idol gods around with them for "good luck". Also, this scripture goes on to tell Israel not to be afraid of them. Why would people today have to be told not to be afraid of ..... Christmas trees?

No, this has nothing to do with people putting up a Christmas tree for a month which afterwards they dump in a landfill or a wood chipper to be destroyed. Nor has it anything to do with an artificial tree that is stored in a dark, dusty, old attic for 11 months out of the year and forgotten about.

The bottom line:  

Many things in our culture have pagan roots that we don't have any control over. The devil has always tried to circumvent God and corrupt what God has done or will do. He has a little bit of knowledge about what God's plans are so he tries to corrupt things before hand. Also, there have always been people who try to bring Christians under the law and legalism.

Jesus WAS born and is our Saviour. We can celebrate that any day we want even if most of the world may use that day as pagan. The Bible does not condemn nor condone the celebration of Jesus' birth. Why celebrate your own birthday and other celebrations and not our Lord and Saviour's?

Jeremiah 10 is not talking about Christmas trees. There might be some crazy people out there who may actually bow down and worship a Christmas tree, but Christmas trees are not idol gods.

We can celebrate the Lord's birth on Christmas if we want to. We can give gifts on Christmas if we want to. However, I am against the Santa Clause lie, and I am against excess. As long as we do not sin and keep Jesus as Lord, God and Saviour we can celebrate Christmas. We are not under the law but grace. I'll end with these two scriptures.

God's Blessed Us More Than We Deserve

I had a great Thanksgiving and I hope everyone reading this had a great one also. The Lord, my God has blessed me more than I deserve. He's taken care of me physically, mentally, and he's saved my soul.

If all I had was a secure place to live, clothes to keep me warm, and a belly full of satisfying food, that would be well enough. There are many people on earth who can only dream about such. God's provided much more than those things for me. Oh, how we sometimes take  things for granted.

Let us not ever cease to thank the good Lord God for meeting and exceeding our physical and mental needs. More importantly, let us never stop thanking him for saving our pitiful souls. Had he not sent his only begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to shed his own innocent, blood and to give his life as a sacrifice for mine, hell would have been my final destination!

If there is anyone reading this who has not already given your life to the Lord, I implore you to please do so now. Click the tab at the top of this page that says, "How To Be Saved". You don't know the blessings you're missing. Time is short. The country and the world are rapidly deteriorating. The bible prophesied it. Mankind is becoming worse and worse. God will not let evil go on forever. It's time to choose which side you're going to be on. Are you on God's side or the world's? Choosing not to make a choice means you're on the world's side and the wrath of God is upon you. Choose Jesus, your mind can not comprehend all of the blessings he has for you both now, on earth and waiting for you in heaven. His blessings are more than any of us deserve. Accept him; then give thanks to him!

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Warning For Conservatives Without Jesus Christ

Without Jesus Christ, conservatives' final destination will be the same as wicked liberals.

I was stunned when I first read that conservative journalist, Andrew Breitbart had suddenly passed away. Without doubt, he was a major force in conservative media and politics. He leaves a huge void that will be difficult to fill. There are many questions surrounding his death. He was to release damaging video and information on Barrack Hussein Obama on March 1st, but he died before then.

Many are saying that Breitbart was murdered. Of course, I don't know if any of that is true. Honestly, I put nothing past someone as evil and corrupt as the current occupant of our White House. There are many strange deaths surrounding him just as there were many deaths around Bill and Hillary Clinton. We live in a very corrupt and wicked, wicked world indeed.

Andrew Breitbart's passing reminds me that none of us know when we will draw our last breath. No one is guaranteed another day, hour, or minute of life. We need to be ready to meet God at all times. Breitbart was an amazing voice for the conservative movement, especially in exposing the corrupt, liberal media. However, it profited him nothing, and is a crying shame if he ended up in the same hell that is the destination for the wicked liberals he fought against. Sadly, I've not seen evidence that he was a born again Christian. I hope I'm wrong and I pray for his family.

This is my warning to conservatives. The devil doesn't like what you're doing to expose his kingdom of corruption. He will try to use liberals and ungodly people to destroy you and put fear in other conservatives to silence them. So you must be born again and accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord. You might do great things for the cause of good here on earth, but without Christ you are headed to the same hell as the pro-abortion, same sex marriage, socialist liberals. You must accept Jesus as your Savior and Lord. Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.

If you are saved, then you're protected by the Lord Jesus. If you're taken out prematurely like Breitbart (perhaps by the devil working through wicked people), you'll immediately be taken to heaven and your soul will be with God forever. As the apostle Paul said in Philippians 1:21, "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."

I believe strongly that we are to be as Andrew Breitbart was. We are to expose corruption, wickedness, and evil doers until the Lord Jesus Christ returns. It's going to get rougher and we might lose some battles along the way, but ultimately Jesus will put a final end to corruption when wicked politicians, corrupt media and government officials get judged at the White Throne judgement and be cast into the Lake of Fire. Some people might get by with their wicked deeds for a little while, but rest assured, they will never get away with them. They will answer to God and they will be judged. I'm tired of wickedness and wicked people. So, I say even so come Lord Jesus.

The devil can't touch one hair on the head of a born-again Christian unless God allows it. If he could, he would have already gotten rid of every last one of us. No, the devil doesn't have authority over a born-again Christian. There is protection in the Lord Jesus. If the Lord does allow his child to be taken out, then the born-again believer will be immediately with God in heaven and forever out of the reach of the devil and his goons. If you're not saved, please give your life to Jesus Christ now.


How to be ready to meet God and make heaven. Do you know how to be ready? Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. I strongly suggest to anyone reading this blog post to settle things about their eternal destination now. We have all sinned against God. No one can go into heaven nor unto God in sin. Only the innocent shed blood of Jesus Christ can cleanse sin and make us able to stand in God's presence. Repent of your sins. Accept what Jesus Christ did on the cross as sacrifice for your sins. Give your heart and your life to Jesus. Accept Him as Lord and Saviour and live for Him forever. Then you will be ready for heaven and be under the protection of all mighty God.

Atheists Send Themselves To Hell - There's Nowhere Else For Them To Go

It's been some time since the Lord first brought this thought to my mind. But it has been on my mind lately. It is this thought that atheists send themselves to hell. There are some people who are just plain wicked and evil and God sends them to hell. By the way, for those who think that God wouldn't send anyone to hell, they need to read the Bible. Jesus, Himself forewarned and said in Luke 12:5,

"But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him." 

Then there are other people who refuse to believe God or to follow His way of salvation and they pretty much send themselves to hell. In my opinion, atheists fall into this category. The Bible appropriately calls them fools, who are wise in their own eyes.

God is God. He is all powerful, but He is not going to go against a person's free will in the area of salvation. God wants us to love Him and trust Him enough to forsake sin and choose Him over everything. God will not tolerate sin. We must receive salvation His way. He is not going to force anyone to love Him nor force them to live in His heaven.

Atheists destroy themselves.

It is so clear and obvious to anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear. This is it: God is the creator of everything. He Is God. Everything that exist exist because He created it. Anyone who rejects God is thereby rejecting every good thing that God has created. So, in essence, those who do not want anything to do with God have no where else to go except hell. That's the bottom line.

Atheists say they don't believe in God, but why do they spend so much time trying to disprove something that they say doesn't exist in the first place? The truth is that they know He exist. Deep down inside their being, they know He exist, but they choose to reject Him.

Just as the Bible says, they prefer darkness rather than light. They're sending themselves to hell whether they "believe" it or not. They reject God and curse His name. There is no where else for the atheists to go except hell. It doesn't have to be that way though.

In this period of time, God is extending His mercy and grace. This is not only to atheists, but to all sinners and every one living in sin. God is extremely merciful right now. However, there will be no excuses on judgement day.

Each of us as individuals have a choice to make. If we choose Him there is eternal life in heaven waiting for us. We will enjoy His blessings and be with Him forever. Repent for your sins. Accept what Jesus Christ did on the cross as sacrifice for your sins. Believe on Him. Be born-again and live for Him.

Those who reject God have no other place to go except hell. That is simply the way it is.

Christians Should Vote: Occupy Till Jesus Comes

Many Christians do not vote and discourage other Christians from getting involved in any kind of election activities. This is wrong. I say that Christians should keep up with current events and vote. I am aware that there are some denominations that believe in so-called “Kingdom Now” theology. That is not what I’m saying. Just because a Christian votes or becomes involved in elections, doesn't mean that we as Christians are trying to "bring in the kingdom". I know it’s going to take the Lord Jesus Christ Himself to clean up the deep corruption and evil in this world system. However, we are to occupy until Jesus comes back.

God has blessed us with the
opportunity to have a say
in how we are governed

We are not to idly stand by and not vote, leaving it up to the wicked to have free reign, control and power over our lives. This is especially so since God has blessed us in America with the freedom of having a say in our political process.

We know that without Jesus Christ, people especially politicians are wicked. We don't necessarily vote in politicians to be preachers or ministers. We should do our best to find a God fearing man or woman best able to govern our cities, states, and country. If there isn't a person a Christian can vote for with a clear conscious, then write in someone. Perhaps more Christians should run for office.

I wanted to make this blog post because I get tired of hearing Christians telling others that we should not get involved in politics or vote. One thing that I notice about these people is that they are unmarried and they don't have children. That is very telling.

If there is one good reason to vote, then being a parent is it. Parents are required by law to educate their kids. If they can not afford private school or home schooling, then they are stuck with sending their kids to the wicked, hellish public school system. On the local level, parents have the opportunity to vote in good, honest school board members and others who control the curriculum of what’s being taught to their kids. Also, on the local level, Christians can make a big difference in who's elected in law enforcement, etc.

All it takes for evil to prevail is for
good people to do nothing. 

Don't listen to people who say that Christians should not vote nor get involved in politics. It's wrong. Yes, we know that this world is not our home, but we are to occupy until Jesus comes back. We are to be good stewards of this freedom that God has blessed us with.

We are to do what we can to stand for righteousness and be salt and light where we can. It's like that old saying that says, "all it takes for evil to prevail, is for good men to do nothing".


So Christians, let us be salt and light as Jesus told us. Let's do everything in our power to stand up for God and righteousness. It's wrong for us to stand by and do nothing when it's in our power to stop evil.

There are people who are praying to God to stop the insanity going on in our nation. God has already given us some means. Let's use them. We can stop some of these wicked politicians from gaining over-bearing control over our lives. We can stop some of their ungodly laws and regulations that force us to accept immorality. So, go cast your vote on election day.

Christians Should Vote: Election Day Is One Week Away

I wanted to make a short blog post about Election Day coming up. I want to encourage everyone to vote. Vote your morals and beliefs.

Some "Christians" have been telling others that they should not get involved in the political process. Some even say that we, as Christians should not even vote. How ridiculous. The Bible says we are to occupy until the Lord Jesus Christ returns. If we have opportunity to do good and to stop evil, we should do it. The Bible also says that God set up government is to carry out His laws of righteousness. And thanks to the blessings of Almighty God he used the Founding Fathers of our country to establish the Constitution which states that "we the people" are the government. We elect representatives to serve us, the people. So are we to do nothing and let the wicked take charge of our government? God forbid. No!

It has been said that there are millions of Americans who call themselves Christian. Many of them never even vote. If all those millions of so-called Christians would go out and vote according to Biblical principles then this country would not be in the condition we now find ourselves in. There wouldn't be millions of legalized abortions every year, same-sex marriages would not be an issue, and the country would not have massive trillions of dollars of debt.

Do not listen to the so-called Christians that say that you can not legislate morality. Duh? What do these people think the laws against murder, rape, thief are? It's legislating morality. These people need to take a look back at history. What if Abolitionist took that attitude toward the hot political issue of their day, slavery?
We Christians are to work for goodness and righteousness until the Lord returns. We are to be salt and light. We should vote and be involved with how this country is ran.

Barrack Hussein Obama and the Demon-crats have done so much to destroy the U.S. in the last few years it's scary. We are closer to Socialism now more than ever. Thank goodness, average Americans which make up most of the Tea Party are energized and are poised to make huge changes in Congress. Republicans are predicted to take the House of Representatives back and possibly the U.S. Senate as well. There are 14 black Republicans up for election including 2 women. If they win, history will be made.

I thought this would be a short post, but it's turned into a rather long one. Anyway, I just wanted to say that everyone should vote on November 2, 2010. It's the least anyone can do to help stop the darkness, evil, and corruption going on in America.

Hypocrite - Eminem Doesn't Cuss In Front Of His Kids

Profane, foul-mouthed hypocrite

I read about an interview of Eminem's several days ago. It made me angry when I heard it, but I then realized he's just one of the latest of these so-called celebrities to think this way.

The foul mouthed rap singer, Eminem told a "60 minutes" interviewer that at home he is a "family" man. He said he leaves profanity at the door and he doesn't use profanity in his home. Then this hypocrite had the audacity to question what kind of a parent cusses in front of children. Then, I suppose he was trying to excuse himself from any blame, when he said it isn't his job to protect his young fans from the language in his lyrics.

Helllllllo! Hypocrite! I've got news for you Eminem or whatever your real name is. That is not going to wash with God. How dare you not care about innocent children that aren't your own, hearing your nasty, profane mouth? You choose to put yourself out in the public and you've made yourself rich from selling the public your profanity. You are not guiltless. The righteous judge, the Lord Jesus Christ said,

"But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken." Matthew 12:36

But hey, you're even worst off because your lyrics are not careless. You say these things on purpose for profit. You will give an account to God hypocrite. It doesn't matter what kind of lame reasoning you're trying to cover yourself up in. The Lord also said,

Oprah's Big Lie

Oprah is a fake Christian

First of all I will admit, Oprah is a very caring and giving person. I've seen her show "The Big Give" and have been touched seeing the people who have received her generosity. However, the Lord said in Matthew 6 not to do your alms in the streets, but in secret. She has what the Lord said those who do this would have. She's received her reward, the glory of men.

All of that being said, "The Big Give" is not the great sin of Oprah. It is the "Big Lie" she is propagating. This "Big Lie" is leading thousands maybe millions of people to hell. She has left her roots in Christianity and embraced new age religion. Christianity's belief is that Jesus Christ is the absolute only way to God and heaven. Oprah has "opened her mind" to reject Jesus as being the only way to God. She now believes there are "many paths" to God. She rejects the cross and the price Jesus paid on Calvary for mankind.

I have seen videos where Oprah was questioned and challenged on her new age beliefs and she has rebuffed the people who tried to correct her. The Bible says in the book of Titus that after the first and second admonition (correction) to reject the person who is teaching falsely.

A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself. Titus 3:10, 11.

Some people are praying for Oprah. I hope those "Christians" who are her friends and close to her such as Bebe and Cece Winans (gospel singers) would confront her. Perhaps the so-called prophetess and evangelist, Juanita Bynum (who was recently invited to one of her parties) would correct her. I personally think Oprah has passed the point of no return. The Bible tells us:

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. Hebrews 6:4-6

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. 2Peter 2:20-22

Oprah has put Jesus Christ to an open shame. She has rejected His sacrifice on the cross as attonement for our sin and embraced false gods. Jesus gave His life for us and died a cruel and horrible death for us. God the Father gave His best, His very own Son for our salvation. Oprah has known the way of righteousness, but she turned from the truth and has gone back to the mire and slop of this world.

I suggest that people run (not walk) away from Oprah with her apostate teachings. She will only draw you in to her hearsaies. Jesus Chirst is coming back soon. Do not get caught up in false teaching.

Easter - Another "Holiday" celebrated by "Christians"

Here we go again. It's time for another commercialized holiday for "Christians" to distract attention from the Lord Jesus Christ and to two-face Him. They also involve kids in paganised rituals to associate them with the Lord's Resurrection. What's worst is that many "Churches" that rightfully criticizes the Harry Potter trash and such actually put on their own "Easter Egg Hunts". When will Christian folk get it? God does not share His glory with anybody or anything, especially pagan practices. There is no way the Lord is pleased with this.

Children know all about the Easter Bunny, Easter Eggs, and childhood pagan traditions, but what do they really know about Jesus Christ, our creator, our Saviour? Even more, how do they live their daily lives in relation to Him. Do they think about Him on a daily basis? Do they pray or read the Bible on a daily basis? I think not, because I know most of the parents don't even do that! Sure, many will dress their kids in brand new "Easter" clothes and outfits and attend a Church service. Then they will participate in the "Easter Egg Hunt" put on by the "Church" or go home and the parents will put on an "Easter Egg Hunt". 

Tell me, which will a child remember and get more excited about, a dry sermon or an "Easter Egg Hunt" with brightly colored eggs, candy, prizes, etc? Kids are of the flesh just like adults. They will remember the candy and prizes.

Parents and people who have influence over children don't realize it, but they will give an account to God for what they're doing. Kids have a soul that will one day be in heaven or in hell.

What Resurrection Sunday is all about

Easter is a paganised holiday. Resurrection Sunday is a day to remember the Lord's death, burial, and resurrection. It is about the shedding of Jesus' innocent blood that paid the price for our sin. We can be reconciled to Father God. On top of that, we don't have to go to hell. We will have glorified bodies, we will never hurt or cry anymore. There will be no more sickness, no death. Jesus defeated death! We will one day rule and reign with Jesus Christ and we will walk in God's presence just as Adam did at the beginning. 

Jesus did it ALL, He should not have to share His glory

He deserves your and your children's full and undivided attention. It's time to stop playing games and get serious with God.

1 Corinthians 15:19-23 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.

Spring Is Almost Here!

Praise God! Spring is almost here. I'm so ready. Daffodils are a sign of Spring. The picture posted above (represent some of my Daffodils) from last year. So far, only the stems have sprung up, but I'm patiently waiting for them to make their appearance for 2008.

The Lord is so wonderful. I never realized how vast the plant kingdom is until a few years ago. It wasn't until after I bought my house that I seriously became interested in gardening, etc. I started getting catalogs and buying books. There are hundreds and hundreds of different flowers. I find it hard to understand that people actually deny that God created life and that with such beauty and variety.

Can you imagine how beautiful heaven is?! Wow. This earth is dull in comparison. Come, Lord Jesus!

That's Who I Be

Fruit of the Spirit

Recently while browsing around on "You Tube" looking for anything of Christian interest I found this music video of a group I had never heard of. I watched the video and loved it. The name of the group is "Fruit Of The Spirit". It is composed of four black, beautiful, young ladies. The name of the song is "That's Who I Be". It has a great tune and I relate to the lyrics very much.

I downloaded the video. I like the song so much that I find myself playing it a lot. I don't know their names or if the group is still around but I'm glad there are young ladies like these testifying of the Lord Jesus Christ in song. I hope they're living the life as well as singing the song.

Like they sing in the song, I'm peculiar and sometimes people look at me like I'm crazy too. I am a blood-bought, baptized, born again Christian and in Him I have my being. That's who I be!!!

Black History Month - Respect for my ancestors, former slaves

When I was in school "Black History Month" was not something that I was taught or spoke of. I'm not that old, I think it's just that the small schools I went to didn't have it. I guess nobody ever thought about it. However, I do remember when the television movie series "Roots" was aired. People were naming their children "Kizzy" and "Kunta Kenta".

I was recently given a DVD set of the "Roots" movie series as a gift. I thought it was an odd thing to get it as a Christmas present, but I received it with love and appreciation. While watching the DVDs, I wondered how it was even completed because of the "N" word being used over and over and the cruelty shown. Too many people in today's social climate would be offended to the point of censoring the movie. Indeed, I hated hearing it too, but it is acurate history and we need to see and hear the ugly truth. It helps us to see the evil and wrong that was done so that we and future generations don't repeat it.

Shortly after watching "Roots", I saw a couple of DVDs advertised by a Christian ministry and decided to order them. One was about the life of George Washington Carver who was a Christian and black scientist who discovered hundreds of ways to use the peanut. The other DVD was about the life of Josiah Henson, a slave who escaped with his family to Canada and built a community there to help ex-slaves to read, write, learn job skills and start a new life in freedom. Both of these men were born in slavery and endured much cruelty and injustice because of their race yet they loved God so much. George Washington Carver loved all people, black and white. He gave God the credit and glory for his discoveries. Josiah Henson was a loyal man to cruel "masters" and even though he couldn't read nor write, he was a preacher of the Gospel. He also went back and helped others to escape slavery through the Underground Railroad.

As I watched these DVDs I found myself wiping tears many times. These men loved Jesus through all of their hardships. Josiah Henson is called the "Real Uncle Tom". The character in the book written by Harriett Beecher Stowe, "Uncle Tom's Cabin" was based on his life. The phrase "Uncle Tom" is a derogatory one. A black person calls another black person that name if they believe him to betray his race. The DVD showed that the book is actually a good book that showed the ugly truth, cruelty and evil of slavery. The author wanted it to open the eyes of the American people to what was happening and to put an end to it. After the book was published people started doing drama, skits, and plays using the name Uncle Tom and misrepresenting the character. At that time there were no copyright laws for Harriett Beecher Stowe to protect her work so anyone could misuse the names and characters in her book.

I wanted to read the book. Several years ago I downloaded the ebook, but I deleted it because at the very beginning of the book, it starts right off with the "N" word being used over and over again. However offensive I wanted to read the book now. I found a free ebook and downloaded it again.

Right now I'm about half way finished reading the book. I'm glad I decided to read it. Looking beyond the "N" word and the cruelty of the characters there is some value. As, I said before, the truth is ugly. It's very ugly. Now, I have such a respect for my black ancestors who endured so much cruelty, pain and suffering. I respect the men and women who worked their lives away under cruel overseers. I respect the men and women who were looked down on and treated like cattle. I respect the men and women who couldn't dare even look a white person in the eye because it was against the law. I respect the men and women who were beaten and whipped like dogs for the slightest little offense. I respect those who were separated from their husbands, wives, and children. I respect the women whose babies were taken from them to be sold and never seen again. I respect the women who were repeatedly raped by evil and wicked men. It's awesome that yet through all of this, many victims of this cruelty were Christians. They loved God even under those conditions.

Slavery is still affecting us. Such deep sin has a spiritual side to it. Perhaps it is still affecting the family life. Black husbands and fathers were sold away from the wife and children on one plantation then was forced to mate with or marry another woman and have children on another plantation. These demons and spirits of fornication still plague us.

There were many so-called Christians who participated in slavery, that's what "Uncle Tom's Cabin" is about. It shows the hypocrisy in these "Christians". It also shows the hypocrisy in "America". It was supposed to be the land of the free and boasted that all men were created equal, but they enslaved other human beings.

While reading the book, I find myself wiping more tears. It was said that this book helped to start the Civil War by awakening the people's conscious to the evils of slavery. It is potent. I suppose it was very influential when it was first published because slavery was in full swing at the time.

It does us good to go back and look at history, even the ugly parts. It helps us to know where people went wrong or right. I helps us to learn from the mistakes and lessons of others. We gain a respect of what others accomplished in great hardship. Even in such terrible suffering, people found and trusted in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. That shows how powerful He is! He is able to help us endure everything! He will wipe away every tear and right every wrong!

Thoughts on Valentine's Day - - - What True Love Is

Valentines Day is coming up at the end of this week. Yet another worldly, commercialized holiday that Christians participate in; another reason to act childish and spend money you don't have. I read about a catholic bishop or priest who was martyred hundreds of years ago and Valentines' Day started out as a day to honor him. It had nothing to do with romantic love, giving flowers, jewelry, candy or children trading cards.

Earlier this week at work each employee was given a white paper bag to "decorate" with construction paper, color markers, stickers, etc. How foolish for adults to be acting like children in kindergarten. I work with 20, 30, 40, and some 50 year olds. When I declined to participate in this I received strange looks even from the so-called Christians there. One of them told me she was going to "put Jesus" in this. I guess she is going to bring everyone a valentine card with Jesus' name on it. I seriously don't think it will do any good with that bunch. It's like casting pearls before swine because these people already know about Jesus. They live with boyfriends, fornicate & proudly talk about it. They will see the Christian participating in the childish games with them, take the card & then toss it.

The apostle Paul says that when he became a man, he put away childish things. I have nothing against Valentines Day per say, but husbands & wives should show love for one another everyday & children should be kind and giving to each other everyday.

True Love is described in 1 Corinthians 13.

True Love was lived out in the life of Jesus Christ, Lord and Saviour.

It's A New Year - - Keep on Looking Up! Jesus is Coming!

Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Christian Parents Need To Honor Jesus Christ Not Santa

I often wonder how many people even mention the name of Jesus Christ on Christmas (other than taking His name in vain). Thinking on my past, I know in my own family I've noticed that He is not even hinted at and if I had not spoken of Him nobody else would've. It's as if it's taboo. Why is that? I have members of the family who goes to Church all the time, but they don't mention Him. It seems to be all about the presents, the food & stuffing ourselves.

Why is it taboo to talk about Christmas being about the birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ. And why is it considered normal to talk about the character of Santa Claus? What has Santa Claus really ever done for you? Why do Christian parents lie to their children about Santa? How many of their children know diddley about our blessed Saviour, who is the most important person ever born. Why is Jesus barely mentioned by them on a holiday that is supposed to celebrate His birth? Why do your children get more excited about a fat man in a red suit than Jesus Christ our creator? Do you Christian parents think God is pleased with this? Do you think He approves of this lying and giving glory to this character? The Bible says that God is a jealous God and will not share His glory with another. God said to raise your children in the knowledge of Him.

I realize in this day in age people don't like this kind of talk, but I tell you God is NOT pleased with this sham. He deserves all of the credit and praise. You should not be lying to your children. Gifts and blessings come from God and God alone. There's nothing wrong with giving gifts, but give the credit and honor to whom it is due, God!

I'm not sorry if I've stepped on a few toes. The truth needs to be said. I have them in my own family. That's just the way it is. Christians need to stop lying and start giving God the praise due Him. Stop living like the world who does not know our God.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. James 1:17,18

Are You Looking For Jesus or The Anti-Christ?

The Lord's return is revealed in the Bible for all who wants to see it. The trouble is that most people don't want to see, hear or even think about it. Sad to say, most so-called Christians don't want to think about it either. They love this world and the worldly lives they live. They don't love Jesus enough to watch for His return as He told us. Most pastors don't even preach about it. Why? Perhaps they love this world also. This is the Laodicean church age who's into the "name it, claim it"; "blab it, grab it" prosperity gospel.

Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

I wonder how many Christians or preachers even know the overview of the Bible, the overall plan of God and what this life is all about. I think most people only think about the here and now. They go about their daily lives without giving any thought about God until they are in trouble or need something.

I don't see many Christians who are grieved or vexed about the wickedness & vile behavior of the world. They love the evil in it. Don't you dare cause them to miss their ball game, their soap opera, Oprah or the Maury show. And don't speak a negative word about their wicked politicians who tax us too much, legislate away our freedom and get us into wars for profit. Both parties are corrupt. There is no salvation in them. Wicked government is going to bring in the one world government, the one world religion, the one world currency, and it's closer than you think.

I urge Christians to set their affection on God's kingdom, read the Bible, find out God's plan. Read the book of Revelation. If your pastor is not preaching it find some good teaching on the Internet. Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

It is a fact that this world is not going to go on in it's wicked state forever. One day God is going to put an end to it. Christians who are right with God and are ready will be raptured as shown in Chapter 4 of the book of Revelation. The tribulation period begins in Chapter 5. If you miss the rapture, you will go through the tribulation period. If you're ready and looking, you're looking for Jesus' return if not then you're looking for and will get the anti-christ.
